Please collect and prepare and send the following documents:
1. You must send your valid US Passport with at least 6 months of validity left and one blank visa page.
2. One Passport Photo. It must be 2x2, color or black and white with a plain light or white background and show a full front view of face.
3. Visa Application Form (signed and completed)
4. A business letter, detailing purpose of trip, name and address of contact in Jordan, and that your company will be financially responsible for you while in Jordan. This must be addressed to the Embassy of Jordan, Visa section.
5. Please Fill Out the American Passport Express Customer Information Form
6. Processing Fees:
One Money Order made payable to the Consulate General of Jordan (see table below) Do not send personal or company checks. Include your name and date of birth on the money order. Do not include your address on the money order.
