Please collect and prepare and send the following documents:

1. You must send your valid US Passport with at least 6 months of validity left and one blank visa page.

2. One Passport Photo. Photo must be 2x2, color or black and white with a plain light or white background and show a full front view of face.

3. Visa Application Form (signed and completed)

4. Important: You must fill out the American Passport Express Customer Information Form

5. Regular Processing time is 3 business days. It may take up to 7 business days depending on your date of departure.

6. Copy of round trip airline ticket and a letter explaining purpose of travel.

7. Processing Fees:

One Money Order made payable to the Consulate General of Bahrain (see table below) Do not send personal or company checks. Include your name and date of birth on the money order. Do not include your address on the money order.

One check or money order made payable to American Passport Express for $75

Include an overnight return Fee of $ 15.00 for FedEx Priority Overnight which can be added to the American Passport Express check OR you may include a prepaid airbill for the return shipping.
