Please collect and prepare and send the following documents:
1. You must send your valid US Passport with at least 6 months of validity left and one blank visa page.
2. Two Passport Photos. They must be 2x2, color or black and white with a plain light or white background and show a full front view of face. (Signed on the reverse)
3. Two copies of the Visa Application Form (signed and completed)
4. A business letter on company letterhead, detailing purpose of trip, name and address of contact in Cameroon, and guarantee of return transportation and that your company will be financially responsible for you while in Cameroon. Signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant. This must be addressed to the Embassy of Cameroon, Visa section.
5. Invitation from Host organization in Cameroon.
6. Important: You must fill out the American Passport Express Customer Information Form
7. International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.
8. Copy of round-trip tickets, itinerary or a letter of confirmation from your travel agent.
9. Processing Fees:
One Money Order made payable to the Consulate General of Cameroon (see table below) Do not send personal or company checks. Include your name and date of birth on the money order. Do not include your address on the money order.
One check or money order made payable to American Passport Express for:
