Please collect and prepare and send the following documents:
1) You must send your valid US Passport with at least 6 months of validity left and one blank visa page.
2) 1 Passport Photo. Photo must be 2x2, color or black and white with a plain or white background.
3) Proof of departure-computer generated flight itinerary from a travel agent.
4) Visa Application Form (signed and completed)
5) A business letter, detailing purpose of trip, name and address of contact in Korea, and that your company will be financially responsible for you while in Korea.
6) Important: You must fill out the American Passport Express Customer Information Form
7) Processing Fees:
One Money Order made payable to The Consulate of Korea. Do not send personal or company checks. Include your name and date of birth on the money order. Do not include your address on the money order.
