Please collect and prepare and send the following documents:

Note: If you are a tourist staying in Korea for less than 30 days no visa is required. If you are family of US military please contact us for details on how to proceed.

1.) You must send your valid US Passport with at least 6 months of validity left and one blank visa page.

2.) 1 Passport Photo. Photo must be 2x2, color or black and white with a plain or white background.

3.) Visa Application Form (signed and completed)

4.) Important: You must fill out the American Passport Express Customer Information Form

5.) Processing Fees:

A.) One Money Order made payable to The Consulate of Korea. Do not send personal or company checks. Include your name and date of birth on the money order. Do not include your address on the money order.
