American Passport Express will replace one (1) valid lost, stolen, or damaged passport that was actually secured for traveler by A.P.E. and is covered under this program. Once traveler has notified A.P.E. of claim and upon A.P.E.'s receipt of traveler's completed Department of State application form(s), Company will secure the fastest speed possible for traveler's passport based on Government Regulations and date of departure. A.P.E. will waive its processing and shipping fees. Traveler will pay Passport Agency fees and passport photos only. Traveler acknowledges that passport replacement and timing is at the discretion of the Passport Agency. Coverage does not include replacement of a) expired passports or b) valid travel visas. Due to the fact that State Department Passport Agencies occasionally ship completed passports directly to the applicant, American Passport Express cannot guarantee it can capture a photocopy of the insured passport. American Passport Express will store and make available a customer supplied copy to assist in the replacement process.
