Please collect and prepare and send the following documents:

1. You must send your valid US Passport with at least 6 months of validity left and one blank visa page.

2. One Passport Photo. Photo must be 2x2, color or black and white with a plain light or white background and show a full front view of face.

3. One copy of the Visa Application Form (signed and completed)

4. Important: You must fill out the American Passport Express Customer Information Form

5. You must include a copy of the military orders for the family member you intend to visit. The family member must have the same last name as the visa applicant.

6. Processing Fees:

The Consulate of Korea provides visas free of charge to U.S. citizens visiting military family members stationed in Korea.

Standard Visa Processing $49- leaving in more than 15 days
